What is it?

A huge library of icons and emojis, designed to render properly on any ~~webpage.~~webpage in a huge variety of sizes, with or without properties such as animations. It can be hosted via their CDNs or self-hosted.

What do we use it for?

We use FA for various parts of the website where we need something to be more readable; icons are a great way to help signal to users what a button or other element does.

Deserted Chateau self-hosts Font Awesome on the Free plan, as we don't need any of the Pro functions yet (which are mostly to do with extra pro-only icons).
